A 90° tee connection among two tubes.
 
It's usually used on straight and level handrail to connect the vertical to the top tube or the end/mid rail to the vertical.
 
This clamp fitting cannot be used to join tubes in the top of the short tee. For this the Kite fitting (Long Tee Clamp #104) should be used.
