90° bolt-on joint, usually applied to make additions or amendments to previous structures where a clamp fitting #101 or similar cannot be fitted.
 
Clamp fitting #135 is a similar clamp-on fitting. The through tube (horizontal in photo) cannot be linked within the fitting.
