Typically used for rising boards basically flush with rails. Fixing holes suit a broad range of familiar mechanical and chemical masonry anchors. This clamp fitting can be used with clamp fitting #138 and clamp fitting #140 to secure the connection between the vertical tube and the gate. 
 
The tube cannot be joined within the fitting.
