Our galvanised Lap bolts sets are used to bolt the corrugated safety beam and open box beam together (Beam-to-Beam fixing). Our Post Set Bolts are used to bolt beams to posts and make it firmly fitted.
 
Each set includes one bolt, one washer and hex nut. Typically, eight sets are required per joint to fit beam to beam while only one set is needed to fit beam to a post.  
 
Beam-to-beam where we use M 16 X 35 mm Lap Set Bolts.
Beam-to-Post where we use M 16 X 50 mm Lap Set Bolts.
 
 
We also supply Through bolts M 16 X 150 mm which are used to bolt the base plated post to the concrete ground. Typically, four sets of bolts are required to fix base plated post to the ground.
 
The crash barrier lap bolt sets are hot dipped galvanised for durability.
