A flexible swivel fitting, handy for tricky applications where angles cannot be held by adjustable angle fittings. 
 
The through tube (vertical in photo) cannot be joined within the fitting. 
 
The assembly is held together, even though elements can be supplied separately as clamp fitting #168M and 2 x 173F.
